The invention provides a method for selecting and breeding a cabbage type rape cytoplasm sterile line through a rape doubled haploid inducible system. The method comprises the following steps: 1), determining restoring and maintaining relationships of stable strains; 2), according to test-crossing progeny trait specialization, performing backcross or multi-generation backcross on a temporary maintainer line and a stable sterile line; 3), pollinating the backcross progeny by using the rape doubled haploid inducible system; 4), identifying fertility of induced progeny; 5), selecting a perfect sterile single strain, and continuously using the rape doubled haploid inducible system to pollinate the sterile single strain; 6), after twice inducible pollinated progeny forms the sterile line, identifying the genetic stability and the sterility of the strain; 7), using the rape doubled haploid inducible system to pollinate, maintain, and select and breed stable new sterile lines with the maintainer line characteristics. According to the method provided by the invention, the cabbage type rape cytoplasm sterile line can be quickly selected and bred, and four generations can be obtained within two years at most; the genetic-stability cabbage type rape cytoplasm sterile line is obtained, the selecting and breeding speed of the cabbage type rape cytoplasm sterile line is greatly improved, the selecting and breeding speed and efficiency of the cabbage type rape hybrid variety are improved, and the labor and material investments are reduced.
