The invention relates to a high-yield cultivation method for
honeysuckle on
saline and alkaline land. The method includes the key technical steps: selecting 'great mullein' breeds and two-year seedlings; selecting the
saline and alkaline land with the
salt content of 0.2%-0.3% and pH (potential of
hydrogen) of 7.5-8.5; building a drainage
system, plowing the land and excavating planting holes; applying 15kg of decayed farm
manure and 250g of
saline and alkaline land
crop compound fertilizers as basic fertilizers in the holes; timely changing soil, planting the
honeysuckle and covering black plastic films; reasonably performing
pruning and topdressing; comprehensively preventing
insect diseases; timely harvesting the
honeysuckle; and the like. The honeysuckle is planted on a light saline and alkaline
land parcel by the method, so that plants can normally grow and develop, saline and alkaline
land resources are sufficiently used, the
ecological environment of the saline and alkaline land can be improved, and the land can be improved step by step. Compared with a common planting method, the method has the advantages that the
survival rate of the honeysuckle plants reaches 100%, the yield of five-year grown
plant medicinal materials is increased by 86.3%, the content of
chlorogenic acid and galuteolin is slightly improved and meets 2010 edition standard requirements of China Pharmacopeia, and the method is simple, practicable, easy to operate, remarkable in economic, ecological and social benefit and wide in popularization and application prospect.
