The method comprises the following steps: (1) intensively collecting mature fresh wild peach seeds and putting the seeds under the sun to be dried; storing the dried wild peach seeds in a fresh-keeping storehouse; (2) immersing the wild peach seeds for 10 days by using a germination accelerating solution at the day which is 10 days before seeding; fishing out the seeds and washing; then drying; (3) selecting micro-acidity soil with good water discharging property, deep soil layer and the pH (Potential of Hydrogen) of 5.5-6.5; blending a mixture of yellow sand and soil into a deeply-overturned land; sorting the land into one row with the size of 1.2m; and (4) uniformly arraying the immersed wild peach seeds on the sorted land and covering one layer of a humus layer on the arrayed wild peach seeds, wherein the thickness of the humus layer is 1-3cm; and keeping the suitable humidity of the soil to wait for the germination of the seeds.
