Problems solved by technology

In addition, after budding of the one-year-old pecans in summer, they need to be stubbled after the leaves fall in winter. The annual branches after the stubble have no use value, resulting in waste of resources.

Embodiment 1

[0029] (1) Experimental materials

[0030] After the annual thin shell hickory seedlings fall leaves, cut the branches, remove the tender shoots at the top of the branches, keep the branches with a diameter of 1.0cm, and then cut them into short branches with a length of 12cm.

[0031] (2) Method for induction of adventitious roots of pecan

[0032] Soak the lower ends of the cut branches in ABT solutions with ABT concentrations of 0, 300, 600, and 900 mg / L for 4 hours, and then perform cuttings according to the following two methods. During the experiment, 50 shoots were treated for each treatment, repeated 3 times.

[0033] method 1

[0034] Spread electric heating wires on the bottom of the seedbed, then mix the four substrates of 40wt% perlite, 40wt% peat soil, 15wt% river sand, and 5wt% vermiculite in proportion, and spread them on the heating wires with a thickness of 10cm. Then insert the lower end of the branch form into the substrate, close to the heating wire, and...

Abstract

The invention discloses a process for facilitating sprouting of adventitious roots of apocarya branches. The method comprises the steps of selecting apocarya seedling branches of one year old, wherein diameters are within a range of 0.8-1.2cm, and the length is 12cm; laying electric heating lines at the bottom of a seedbed, then uniformly mixing four kinds of matrixes such as perlite, peat soil, river sand and vermiculite in proportion, and laying the mixture above electric heating lines, wherein the thickness is 10cm; immersing cut branches inside a rooting powder solution, and inserting branch morphological lower ends inside matrixes to be abut against electric heating lines, wherein the temperature difference between incision positions of cutting branch morphological lower ends and the outside temperature is within a range of 8-17 DEG C, and the water content of matrixes is controlled to be within a range of 25%-45%; conducting statistics for the rooting rate after 60 days, wherein the rooting rate is 59.26%. By the aid of the method, sprouting of adventitious roots of apocarya is effectively induced, so that the powerful technical support is provided for raising of seedlings of the apocarya by cutting.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of fruit tree and forest tree breeding, and in particular relates to a method for promoting adventitious root generation of thin-shell hickory branches. Background technique [0002] Thin-shelled hickory, also known as American hickory, is a species of Juglandaceae and Hickory. Native to the United States and Mexico, it is one of the most important oil-bearing dried fruit tree species in the world. Its shell is thin and easy to peel, its kernels are thick and fleshy, and it has a delicious taste and high nutritional value. The trunk is straight, the tree shape is beautiful, the roots are deep and the leaves are luxuriant, and it is an excellent tree species for greening and gardening around. At the same time, the wood is tough and dense, with dark red heartwood, yellow-white sapwood, high elasticity, and is not easy to deform and crack. It is an excellent timber tree species for construction and high-end furniture. ...
