The method comprises the following steps of: 1, sorghum seed treatment: finely selecting sorghum seeds by using a specific gravity method; 2, pelletizing material preparation: preparing a coating agent, an adhesive and drying agents; and 3, sorghum seed pelletizing preparation process: firstly, placing the finely selected sorghum seeds into a coating machine for coating the seeds by using the coating agent, and then, adding the drying agent plant ash; secondly, adding the adhesive, and then, adding the drying agent putty powder; repeating the second step until the particle size of each pelletized seed is up to 5-6mm; and finally, adding the adhesive, then, adding coal ash for curing the shells of the seeds to ensure that the particle size of each seed is up to 7-8mm, taking out the pelletized seeds, airing or drying the pelletized seeds in time, and then, carrying out vacuum packaging on the pelletized seeds.
