A wearable ceram dope and its producing method, include skeletal material, 
cement, micropowder, dispersing agent, steel 
fiber, which are divided into A, B, C three groups, A: skeletal material, 
cement, micropowder; B: dispersing agent; C: steel 
fiber. The weight share rate and feeding proportion of the necessary material in each group is: 40-85 shares of skeletal material, 5-40 shares of 
cement, 2-20 shares of micropowder in A group. The feeding rate of the B group dispersing agent is 0.1-1.5% of A group. The feeding rate of the C group steel 
fiber is 4-8% of A group. The producing method is: adding the skeletal material to the 
agitator for 3 minutes; adding cement and micropowder to agitate for 5 minutes; adding dispersing agent, agitating for 8 minutes; outputting the material and bagging, stand-up; putting above material into the 
agitator when using, adding 8% water following agitating, 5 minutes later adding 5.5% steel fiber, agitating for 15 minutes. The invention has a good integer property, a strong cohesive force, a good resistance to abrasion, acid and alkali 
erosion, a low cost, a long service lift 1-3 times to 
metal pipeline.
