The aquatic product equipment needs to be soaked in water throughout the year, and the requirements for corrosion resistance and adhesion of materials of the aquatic product equipment are high; and meanwhile, higher requirements on the antifouling and self-cleaning capabilities of the material are also put forward. A mainstream super-amphiphobic material taking organosilane as a coupling agent is strict in construction condition, needs to be carried out at specific temperature and humidity, is relatively high in cost, and is not beneficial to sustainable recovery development due to lack of reprocessing or recovery capability. According to the super-amphiphobic composite material for preparing the primer by using the zirconate as the coupling agent, provided by the invention, the adhesion of a coating, especially metal, can be effectively enhanced, the corrosion resistance is remarkably improved, meanwhile, the cost is reduced, and the economy of fishermen engaged in marine aquatic products and even the aquaculture industry is improved.
