Abstract

The invention relates to a device (10) used for isolating objects comprising a conveyor (11), a sensor (12), and a vacuum device. The vacuum device can be used to generate the reversible absorbing force on three points (1,2,3)to isolate a first object (10a) to remove the same. The absorbing force of the second point (2) can be reversed into the neutral or the positive pressure. According to the method provided by the invention, the reversible absorbing forces can be applied to the first object (10a) on two points (1,2), and the reversible absorbing force can be applied to the second object (10b) on the third point (3). During the removing of the first object (10a), the absorbing force of the first point (1) can be converted into the neutral force, and the absorbing force of the second point (2) can be converted into the positive pressure. The absorbing force of the first point (1) can be restored, and the absorbing forces of the second point and the third point (2,3) can be converted into the neutral force.
