The invention discloses a preparation method of low-lactose camel milk. The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) inspecting raw camel milk; (2) filtering the qualified raw camel milk after inspection with a filter net, performing treatment with a centrifuging milk clarifier, and removing impurities; (3) performing separation on the raw camel milk after milk clarification so as to obtain a solution A containing butterfat milk protein and a solution B containing lactose and other ions; (4) performing separation on the solution B containing lactose and other ions to obtain a solution C containing lactose and a solution D containing other ions, and mixing the solution A with the solution D to obtain low-lactose camel milk after primary treatment; (5) performing deep degradation on remaining lactose in the low-lactose camel milk; (6) performing degassing and homogenizing; (7) performing enzyme deactivation and sterilization; (8) performing cooling; and (9) performing filling and storage. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple in technology, high in maneuverability, low in production cost and stable in product quality, and has positive promotion effects on large-scale development and utilization of the low-lactose camel milk and products thereof.
