This invention relates to the field of
animal husbandry technology and discloses a sealed modular pigsty, including a modular pigsty body, a load-bearing slatted floor, a V-shaped baffle, and an isolation and
odor-proof unit. The isolation and
odor-proof unit includes an
air cushion isolation module, an isolation and
odor-proof module, an anti-adhesion module, and a dry and wet separation module. By setting the
air cushion isolation module, a horizontal
air cushion layer is formed between the load-bearing slatted floor and the V-shaped baffle. The
airflow pressure physically isolates heavy odorous gases such as
ammonia and
hydrogen sulfide produced by
manure fermentation, preventing them from flowing back up along the gaps in the slats to the pigs' activity area. At the same time, the air blowing holes guide the
airflow downwards to the inclined surface of the V-shaped baffle, pushing the
manure and
urine attached to the inclined surface downwards, reducing the
residence time of
manure and
urine at the bottom, avoiding the problem of
airflow short-circuiting or local negative pressure, and solving the technical problem of odor easily diffusing upwards from the bottom in traditional sealed modular pigsties, leading to a decline in
indoor air quality.
