Problems solved by technology

[0003] The traditional tobacco farming mode is continuous cropping of tobacco in large areas. The disadvantages of continuous cropping are: the chemical properties of the soil deteriorate, and the same agronomic measures and fertilizers are applied to the soil year after year, resulting in damage to the soil structure and decline in fertility; serious damage from diseases and insect pests. Planting the same kind of crops will cause the same diseases and insect pests to accumulate and spread in large quantities; the soil ecology will deteriorate, because the roots of the plants secrete the accumulation of toxic substances that are harmful to their growth in the soil, and the "self-poisoning" effect will be strengthened. In addition, the activity of soil enzymes will change. The growth of beneficial bacteria is inhibited, and the number of microorganisms that are not conducive to plant growth increases, resulting in an imbalance of soil microbial flora and affecting the normal growth of tobacco

Embodiment Construction

[0024] In a cultivation site in the Southwest Tobacco Area, Yunyan 85 was used as the test material, and 5 crop rotation methods were designed, repeated three times, and arranged in random blocks. The results of the test treatments are as follows:

[0030] Among them, treatment 4 is fertilization, ridging, and fixed-distance planting of tobacco in the tobacco field in April of the first year. The height of the ridging is 0.25 meters, the distance between the ridges is 1.0 meters, and the distance of planting tobacco at a fixed distance is 0.5 meters. After the harvest test in August of the first year, the soil was plowed and rapeseed was planted at the end of Se...

Abstract

The invention discloses a rotation method for increasing the tobacco land output value. The method is suitable for planting of flue-cured tobacco in a tobacco field in the southwest tobacco region of China. The method mainly comprises the steps that fertilization, ridging and planting of tobacco at a fixed distance are conducted in the tobacco field in April or May of the first year; after the flue-cured tobacco is harvested in August of the first year, soil is turned over through a plough, and rape is planted at the end of September; after rapeseeds are harvested in May of the second year, the soil is turned over through the plough again, and sweet potatoes are planted; the sweet potatoes are harvested at the end of September of the second year, and green manure is applied in winter; the soil is turned over through the plough again in March of the third year, the green manure is pressed, and tobacco is planted in May; the steps are repeated in this way for rotation of tobacco-rape-sweet potatoes-green manure-tobacco.
