Abstract

The invention relates to a ship ballast water sampling device for keeping bioactivity. A bypass two ends of which are both communicated with a main pipeline is arranged on a main pipeline between a ballast bin and an exhaust bin; the sampling device is installed on the bypass; flow meters are connected in series on the bypass at two sides of the sampling device; the sampling device comprises a prefilter and a filter which are sequentially connected; water inlets and water outlets of the prefilter and the filter are all provided with valves; the valves and the flow meters are all connected with a control system. A plankton net with a huge volume is not used, and the qualitative and quantitative problems in the ship ballast water biology sampling process are solved; because the ballast water emission standard is for survival organisms, the organism survival is ensured in the filtering and treatment processes, and the influence is minimized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of ship ballast water treatment, in particular to a sampling device for a ship ballast water treatment system. [0002] Background technique [0003] In order to make the ship meet the D-2 ballast water discharge standard in the International Maritime Organization (IMO) "International Convention on the Control and Management of Ships' Ballast Water and Sediments", no matter what kind of ship's ballast water management method and treatment device is adopted, Reasonable sampling devices and methods must be provided on board the ship to obtain representative ballast water sampling and analysis for contracting parties, including port state inspectors, to determine whether the ship complies with the D-2 standard of the Ballast Water Convention. According to the D-2 standard, the discharge of ships after ballast water management should meet the following requirements: [0004] 1) Less than 10 living organisms / m with minim...
