The invention also discloses a preparation method of the lead-calcium formation colloid electrolyte. When being used for preparing a lead-calcium formation battery, the colloid electrolyte improves the early capacity attenuation effect of the lead-calcium formation battery, decelerates the softening shedding of the active substances at the positive pole, and prolongs the deep cycle service life of the battery.
