Abstract

The invention provides a dual-layer protection shell with a carbon fiber outer layer and a rubber inner layer. The dual-layer protection shell comprises an inner layer that is made of a TPU rubber material; a cavity for accommodating a mobile phone is formed in the middle of the inner layer; and a mobile phone camera lens through hole is formed in the upper portion of the inner layer. An outer layer is arranged outside the inner layer and is provided with a carbon fiber sheet; and a through hole corresponding to the mobile phone camera lens through hole of the inner layer is formed in the upper portion of the outer layer. A first plastic component is arranged at the through hole portion of the outer layer; a second plastic component is arranged at the lower portion of the outer layer; and a groove corresponding to the second plastic component is formed in the upper portion of the inner layer. The provided dual-layer protection shell has advantages of high strength and light weight and is consistent with the low-carbon and environment-friendly trend; the pattern and the appearance of the shell are beautiful; the technical content of the high-tech materials is high; and the high-molecular plastic material moulding process is used and various colors of the shell are realized. Moreover, the shell has the anti-radiation function; and the inner layer is made of the TPU rubber material, so that softness is realized. And the mobile phone dismounting and mounting become easy.
