The invention relates to the cloth industry, particularly to a production method of a piece of cloth with anti-radiation and anti-bacterial functions. The method comprises the steps as follows: 1) cactuses, aloes, white paeony roots, biond magnolia flowers, myrrh, dogwood, garden balsam stems, rhizoma atractylodis, divaricate saposhnikovia roots, gypsum and Chinese honeylocust fruits are decocted with water by slow fire for 1-5 h, water is added in such a quantity that the traditional Chinese medicine materials do not stick to a pot, and a traditional Chinese medicine liquid is obtained through filtration; 2) the traditional Chinese medicine liquid is injected into water in which barium sulfate, a softener and a penetrant are added, threads for production of the cloth are soaked in the water, the mass ratio of the barium sulfate to the softener to the penetrant is 1:(7-10):(6-20), and the volume of the water is 60-100 times that of the traditional Chinese medicine liquid; 3) ultrasonic treatment is performed for 5-24 h while the threads are soaked; 4) the threads containing the traditional Chinese medicines are dried; 5) the dried threads containing the medicines are produced into the cloth. The cloth produced with the method has the more powerful anti-radiation function and the anti-bacterial function and is wide in application range and easy to popularize.
