Problems solved by technology

The method of checking the curve chart can indirectly check the moisture content of the grain through the equilibrium relative humidity of the grain or the absolute humidity of the grain and the temperature of the grain, and can also predict the moisture content of the grain through the change of ventilation conditions. Or the intelligent control system and the development of grain moisture detection and forecasting instruments in the granary are inconvenient

Embodiment Construction

[0034] Below in conjunction with accompanying drawing and embodiment the present invention is described in further detail.

[0035] Such as figure 1 As shown, a method for detecting moisture inside a granary based on temperature and humidity monitoring includes the following steps:

[0036] Step 1, using the static weighing method to measure the equilibrium moisture data of desorption and adsorption of different types of samples at different temperatures and humidity.

[0037] Step 2: Use the data set in step 1 to select and establish a grain moisture, temperature and humidity relationship model, perform parameter estimation and verification according to the determined model, and establish parameter databases for different grain varieties after obtaining the best model parameter values.

[0038] Step 3. Establish a temperature and humidity monitoring system inside the granary. Use the system to detect the temperature and humidity of points inside the granary and call the mode...

Abstract

The invention provides a humidity and temperature monitoring-based method for detecting moisture of grains at internal points of a granary. The method comprises the following steps: building a relational model between the equilibrium moisture and the temperature and the humidity of the grains at the internal points of the granary, determining initial values of all parameters in a formula by adopting a static weighing method and multivariate statistics regression; building a database of parameters of different grain varieties after model parameter correction; acquiring the corresponding temperature and humidity values of the internal points of the grains based on a system for detecting the humidity and the temperature of the internal points of the granary; acquiring the corresponding temperature and relative humidity value of single point or multiple points inside the granary through data acquisition, and computing by directly calling the rapid moisture detection formula and formula parameter values corresponding to different grains by a system, and therefore, the moisture of the single point or the multiple points inside the granary can be rapidly detected.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a moisture monitoring and calculation method in grain storage safety management, in particular to a point moisture detection method inside a granary based on temperature and humidity monitoring. The method realizes direct detection of grain balance moisture through a temperature and humidity monitoring system inside the granary. Background technique [0002] Grain is an important agricultural product and an important resource related to the national economy and people's livelihood. There are a large number of grain reserves in my country, each of which has a certain number of granaries in different forms to ensure food safety. Grain monitoring is the key to granary management. At present, the common method of monitoring the grain situation at home and abroad is to install temperature sensors inside the granary, monitor the temperature of the grain pile, to assess the quality and safety of the grain, and take appropriate ventil...
