The invention provides a heat prediction management based energy consumption control method in an intelligent building, which comprises the steps of 1, establishing a heat model of the building; 2, establishing a thermodynamic model in a state space; 3, carrying out a schedulability test and judging whether a heat load of the building has schedulability or not under given energy consumption load budget; and 4, operating a model predictive control (MPC) based heat control strategy to solve a corresponding control output variable. According to the invention, an HVAC (heating, ventilating and air conditioning) system in the building is adjusted, and the peak power is enabled to be reduced under various constraints such that the room temperature is small in variation, a task processing constraint is met, and the like.
