Embodiment Construction

[0030] The experimental effects of the present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and examples.

[0031] The present invention provides an off-line handwritten signature recognition method based on non-negative matrix decomposition, comprising the following steps:

[0032] (1) Collect signature data.

[0033] The collection of signature images is to use some equipment to convert signature samples into digital information and input them into computers. The quality of the collected signature samples directly affects the verification performance of the signature system.

[0034] In this experiment, the Chinese signatures of 10 volunteers were collected. Each of these 10 volunteers used a black gel pen to write 4 signatures on A4 printing paper at intervals of one to two days. Each signer wrote his own signature 40 times, and a total of 400 real signatures were obtained. For pseudo-signatures, two volunteers were asked to imi...

Abstract

The invention discloses an off-line handwritten signature recognition method based on non-negative matrix factorization (NMF). The method comprises the needed steps that 1, signature data are collected, all signature images are preprocessed, and a data matrix A of all preprocessed training set signature images and a data matrix B of testing set signature images needing recognizing are obtained; 2, features of the training set signature images are extracted, wherein NMF is performed on the A, and a corresponding base image matrix W and a feature matrix H formed by weight vectors which are namely the feature vectors and correspond to all the signature images are obtained; 3, features of the testing set signature images are extracted, wherein the data matrix B of the testing set signature images are projected on a base image, and a projection coefficient matrix H' is obtained; 4, training and classification decision are carried out through a support vector machine, and whether the signature is true or false is judged.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an off-line handwritten signature recognition method, in particular to an off-line handwritten signature recognition based on non-negative matrix decomposition. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of social economy and information technology, human production and lifestyle have undergone drastic changes. The arrival of the Internet age has injected a strong impetus into people's life, work, and social development, and has become an indispensable part of people's life. missing part. However, while it brings convenience to us, the hidden dangers of information security have also become more prominent. All around us, incidents of stolen credit card passwords and misappropriation of various documents abound, causing heavy losses to individuals and groups. Therefore, how to correctly judge the identity of each person has become an urgent problem to be solved in modern society. This requires an accurate, effic...
