The air source ultralow temperature heat pump unit comprises an enhanced vapor injection compressor, a user side heat exchanger, a vapor and liquid separator, a heat source side heat exchanger, a plate heat exchanger and refrigerant pipelines used for connecting the enhanced vapor injection compressor, the user side heat exchanger, the vapor and liquid separator, the heat source side heat exchanger and the plate heat exchanger. The air source ultralow temperature heat pump unit solves the problem that in a winter heating and hot water obtaining mode, an outdoor heat exchanger is prone to frosting under the environment where the temperature is low and definite humidity is reached, and consequently the working performance of a unit is affected seriously. The air source ultralow temperature heat pump unit solves the problem that under the working condition that the air source ultralow temperature heat pump unit is used for heating and hot water making, an outdoor side heat exchanger is very prone to incomplete defrosting and consequently frost deposit is caused. By the adoption of the supercooling frosting-restraining heat exchanger, defrosting can be conducted effectively and thoroughly for a long time, and a frost layer is restrained from being generated on the bottoms of the heat exchangers.
