The method comprises the following steps: when a vehicle-mounted terminal detects an operating command triggered by an appointed button, the vehicle-mounted terminal acquires first voice data and sends the first voice data to mobile equipment; the mobile equipment identifies voice of the first voice data through a cloud server to acquire one or more text information; the mobile equipment identifies the operating type of the operating command according to the text information; when the operating type of the operating command is navigation operation, the vehicle-mounted terminal adopts the one or more text information by virtue of the mobile equipment for navigation operation; and when the operating type of the operating command is communication operation, the mobile equipment adopts the one or more text information by virtue of the vehicle-mounted terminal for communication operation.
