Therefore, the traditional Chinese medicinal preparation disclosed by the invention is prepared into a decoction from the following traditional Chinese medicines: leaf of leatherleaf mahonia, fructus terminaliae immaturus, moniliform dendrobium herb, sericeous cinquefoil root, riparian greenbrier root and rhizome, cape bracketplant herb with root, delavay pararuellia herb, hispid hedyotis herb and Japanese violet herb or root.
