The rose hydrosol toning lotion comprises, by weight, 40-60 parts of rose hydrosol, 3-10 parts of aloe gel, 0.5-2.0 parts of amino acid moisturizer, 2-5 parts of glycerinum, 0.01-0.05 part of squalane, and 0.02-0.05 part of methyl parahydroxybenzoats. The rose hydrosol is taken as a base material, and other skin care ingredients are added, so that moisturizing, inflammation diminishing, whitening and anti-aging effects are achieved.
