Problems solved by technology

Since the unbalance response (including amplitude and phase) of asymmetric rotors to different phase aggravation is very different, the influence coefficient obtained by the test weight at different phase positions in the same section is not a constant value, so the concept of balanced section in the traditional dynamic balance method Not suitable for asymmetrical rotors
In recent years, scholars at home and abroad have been focusing on the vibration characteristics of asymmetric rotors, unstable vibration mechanisms and vibration control methods, and the excitation characteristics of asymmetric rotor parameters. There is still little research on the balanced approach

Embodiment 1

[0047] In this example, using the dynamic balancing method proposed by the present invention, a dynamic balance simulation is carried out by using the commercial general-purpose finite element software ANSYS for an asymmetric helical rotor with slots on the side of a decanter centrifuge. The schematic diagram of the asymmetric helical rotor with slots on the side of the decanter centrifuge is shown in image 3 shown. The specific process of simulating dynamic balance by ANSYS software at 3300rpm is as follows:

[0048] 1. Give the original vibration A of the measuring point 0 =11.02∠146μmpp∠° and B 0 =9.02∠136μmpp∠°;

[0049] 2. Calculate the symmetrical component A according to formula (1) and formula (2) d0 =9.97∠142μmpp∠° and antisymmetric component A f0 =1.328∠182μmpp∠°;

[0050] 3. If image 3 As shown, in the selected trial point P 1 ,P 2 try to increase m 1 = 16.8∠30g∠° and m 2 =16.8∠120g∠°, decompose it into symmetrical components m according to formula (3) ...

Embodiment 2

[0061] This example utilizes the dynamic balance method that the present invention proposes to carry out on-the-spot dynamic balance experiment, as Figure 4 shown. Using the hard support balancing machine of Shanghai Sink Testing Machine Co., Ltd., the asymmetrical rotor double test weight balancing experiment was carried out on the helical rotor of a decanter centrifuge at 2700 rpm. The specific dynamic balancing process is as follows:

[0062] 1. Measure the original vibration A of the measuring point 0 =3.51∠93μmpp∠° and B 0 =3.024∠89μmpp∠°;

[0063] 2. Calculate the symmetrical component A according to formula (1) and formula (2) d0 =3.265∠91μmpp∠° and antisymmetric component A f0 =0.268∠293μmpp∠°;

[0064] 3. If image 3 As shown, in the selected trial point P 1 ,P 2 try to increase m 1 =30∠140g∠° and m 2 =30∠50g∠°, decompose it into symmetrical components m according to (3) and (4) d1 =21.21∠95g∠° and the antisymmetric component m f1 =21.21∠5g∠°;

Abstract

Provided in the invention is a dual-trail-weight balancing method of an asymmetric rotor. The method comprises the following steps: 1, measuring original vibration of two measurement points of a rotor; 2, selecting two trail weight points at different axial positions to carry out trail weight processing simultaneously and carrying out calculation to obtain influence coefficients of symmetric weighting and anti-symmetric weighting without considering phase characteristics of trail weight points; 3, selecting a second group of trail weight points at different positions and repeating the last step to obtain a second group of influence coefficients of symmetric weighting and anti-symmetric weighting; 4, carrying out calculation respectively according to the two symmetric weighting influence coefficients and two anti-symmetric weighting influence coefficients so as to obtain weighing values needed for eliminating original symmetric vibration and anti-symmetric vibration; and 5, carrying out vector synthesis on the symmetric weighting value and the anti-symmetric weighting value that are obtained by calculation to obtain a balance weight value of a cross section where each trial weight point is located, and carrying out weighting balancing. According to the invention, trail weighting is only carries out twice and balance weighting is only carries out once, so that the dynamic balancing process is realized rapidly with high efficiency. Direct operation can be carried out on the traditional high-speed dynamic balancing machine directly, so that the operation becomes simple and convenient.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention is applied to the high-speed dynamic balance of rotors with asymmetric cross-sections, and is applicable to the dynamic balance of rotary machines such as decanter centrifuges with side slots, engine rotors with wire slots, and double-blade propellers. Background technique [0002] Rotors with two unequal principal moments of cross-section are called asymmetric rotors. Asymmetric rotors are widely used in engineering, such as decanter centrifuges with side slots, engine rotors with wire grooves, and double-blade propellers. Due to the periodic change of the stiffness coefficient caused by the asymmetry of the rotating shaft, its vibration equation is different from the symmetrical rotor, which is a second-order differential equation with time-varying parameters. The unbalance at different phases of the same section contributes differently to the system vibration. The traditional dynamic balance methods are mainly divided into two types: t...
