Problems solved by technology

[0002] In cooking equipment using half-bridge topology or full-bridge topology, the high-power switching element IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor, Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) is usually used to construct the half-bridge topology or full-bridge topology. During use, if the current flowing through the IGBT If the current is too large, the IGBT will be damaged due to overcurrent
However, the current flowing through the IGBT is not detected in the cooking equipment of the related art

Abstract

The invention discloses a cooking device having the function of over-current protection. The cooking device includes: an electromagnetic energy conversion circuit which is provided with an electromagnetic coil and a power switch unit; a drive circuit which is connected to an input end of the electromagnetic energy conversion circuit and is used for driving on-off of the power switch unit; a current sampling circuit which is used for acquiring the current of the electromagnetic coil; an over-current protection circuit which is connected to the current sampling circuit and generates a trigger signal when the current of the electromagnetic coil is greater than a preset current value; and a controller which is connected to the drive circuit and the over-current protection circuit and closes a control signal being output to the drive circuit after receiving the trigger signal. The cooking device can perform real-time monitoring on the current of the electromagnetic coil through the current sampling circuit, and can timely stop output of a drive signal in the drive circuit during over-current, so that the power switch unit such as an IGBT, can be protected, and damage to the power switch unit such as an IGBT, due to over-current, can be prevented.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of household electrical appliances, in particular to a cooking device with an overcurrent protection function. Background technique [0002] In cooking equipment using half-bridge topology or full-bridge topology, the high-power switching element IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor, Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) is usually used to construct the half-bridge topology or full-bridge topology. During use, if the current flowing through the IGBT If the current is too large, the IGBT will be damaged due to overcurrent. However, the current flowing through the IGBT is not detected in the related art cooking equipment. Contents of the invention [0003] The present invention aims to solve one of the technical problems in the related art at least to a certain extent. [0004] Therefore, the object of the present invention is to propose a cooking device with an overcurrent protection function capable of p...
