According to the cell measurement method provided by one embodiment of the invention, through measuring the terminal service cell, when the measurement results satisfy the triggering condition, the measurement of adjacent cells is enabled so that frequent measurement of adjacent cells is avoided, and electric energy consumption of the terminal is reduced.
