Benefits of technology

The technical effect of this patented technology allows for efficient use of fertility-imparting agents such as citric acid or urea during various periods when plants grow up without having their roots exposed to harmful substances like pesticides that may affect health issues if applied correctly. This results in improved overall plant performance while reducing costs associated therewith.

Problems solved by technology

The technical problem addressed in this patented text relates to growing stronger seeds from plants grown indoors or outdoors without causing environmental issues such as pesticides used during production processes. Existing methods involve opening fields with soil but they may result in poorly managed crops due to their lack of nutrients provided through these roots.

Embodiment

[0019] A method for cultivating seedlings with nutrient solution of cassava, comprising the following steps:

[0020] (1) Selection of terminal buds: Select the mature and high-quality cistronia bulbs of the year, cut off 1-1.5 cm terminal buds, and set aside;

[0021] (2) Pregermination: Rinse the terminal buds with water for 1-2 hours, then irradiate them with UV light for 30 minutes, then soak them in 75% alcohol for 5-10 minutes, take them out and rinse them with tap water, and soak them in water at 15-20°C for 40- 60 minutes, put it in the germination box, seal it with a damp cloth, spray warm water regularly to keep the humidity at 70-80%, and keep the temperature at 14-18°C;

[0022] (3) Seedling cultivation: Inject the nutrient solution into the seedling cultivation tank, place the seedling raising tray on the nutrient solution seedling cultivation tank, cover the seedling paper on it, place the terminal buds obtained in step (2) on the sowing paper, and then put Cove...

Abstract

The invention discloses a nutrient solution seedling culture method of Sagittaria sagittifolia. The method comprises several steps of terminal bud selection, germination acceleration, seedling culture, nutrient solution management and planting. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages as follows: terminal bus of Sagittaria sagittifolia corms are selected for seedling culture, germination acceleration is performed after the terminal buds are fully disinfected, then seedling culture is performed with a nutrient solution seedling culture method, seedling culture conditions at different stages are controlled strictly, a nutrient solution can be fully utilized, cultured seedlings are high in uniformity, low in infection rate and easy to manage, and the strong seedling rate after planting is higher than 92%.
