slurry, separating waste
slurry from gravels, preparing homogenous waste
slurry, pumping the homogenous waste slurry into a concentration detection
barrel, calculating the density of the homogenous waste slurry according to a relation between the volume V and the weight m, then calculating the concentration of the homogenous waste slurry according to a
linear relation between the percentage concentration and the density of the homogenous waste slurry, comparing the calculated concentration of the homogenous waste slurry with a set
solid content percentage concentration K, and blending to enable the concentration of the homogenous waste slurry to be less than or equal to the set
solid content percentage concentration K; when the
solid content percentage concentration is less than or equal to the set
solid content percentage concentration K, pumping the homogenous waste slurry into a finished product slurry tank for storage to realize new concrete mixing and blending. According to the method, the problem of
waste material treatment of the concrete mixing
station can be thoroughly solved; the method has the characteristics of being easy to operate, reducing the cost of a concrete production enterprise and the like.
