Abstract

The invention discloses an environmental-friendly powder emulsion explosive and a preparation method of the environmental-friendly powder emulsion explosive. The environmental-friendly powder emulsion explosive is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 90 to 92 percent of ammonium nitrate, 3 to 5 percent of complex wax, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of rosin, 1 to 2 percent of emulsifying agent and 3 to 5 percent of water. A preparation process comprises the following steps of water phase preparation, oil phase preparation, emulsification and spray pulverization. The environmental-friendly powder emulsion explosive and the preparation method of the environmental-friendly powder emulsion explosive, disclosed by the invention, have the beneficial effects that an ingredient formula is more scientific and reasonable, the production technology is simple, new technological equipment does not need to be added, large-scale industrial production can be realized, and the preparation method can be widely promoted and applied to all powder emulsion explosive production enterprises; the gap distance and the brisance of a prepared product are obviously increased; the content and the proportion of the ammonium nitrate are increased, porous ammonium nitrate is cancelled, oxygen balance is achieved during explosion of the product, and the content of poisonous gas can be reduced to 29L/kg.
