Abstract

The invention discloses a biological edge mark system and an establishing method thereof, which can simply and efficiently find out a key interactive change as a biological marker of disease occurrence and development. The technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: the establishing method of the biological edge mark system comprises the steps: collecting data with double states; selecting gene pairs, the correlation of which meets significant difference conditions; for the gene pairs, the correlation of which meets the significant difference conditions, translating expression value data of the gene pairs into edge data representing the correlation through matrix transformation; applying a feature selection algorithm to find out a gene pair with the optimal classification capacity from the edge data, and utilizing the gene pair with the optimal classification capacity as a biological edge mark, thereby establishing a biological edge mark system.
