If a mobile terminal starts the short circuit protection, a second protection module can make an anode of an electrical core be disconnected with an anode of the cell according to an enabled control signal. Machine disassembling is not needed, a built-in cell does not need to be plugged again and the cell and a load can be disconnected so that an impedance of two ends of an electrical core anode and a cathode is greater than a threshold and a condition that the cell returns to work is satisfied. A problem that the built-in cell of the mobile terminal can not be recovered after the short circuit protection in the prior art is avoided. Besides, the invention also provides the cell and the mobile terminal, and the cell protection circuit is included.
