The stopband attenuation performance of the approximate precision reconstitution cosine modulation filter bank obtained through scale transformation is obviously improved, the convergence rate is high, the numerical stability is high, and quite important theoretical guiding significance and engineering practical value are achieved for design of satellite-borne signals in a future satellite communication system.
