Problems solved by technology

This is mainly because reeds, cannas, cattails, water onions, wild rice stems, etc. are still the main decontamination plants in domestic constructed wetlands. Not only are the species relatively single, but these plants dormant in winter, making it difficult to achieve continuous decontamination all year round.

Embodiment Construction

[0034] The implementation site is located in the Binjiang Wetland of Zhenjiang City, a city along the lower reaches of the Yangtze River. This area has a monsoon climate with four distinct seasons. The climate is warm and humid, with an average annual temperature of 15.4°C and an average annual precipitation of 1074.0mm. Binjiang Wetland is formed by the perennial deposition of sediment carried by the Yangtze River. From the shoal far away from the shore to the shore, the elevation of the wetland base gradually rises, and the vegetation presents a succession process from bare beach→Grassica community→Phrush-Grape grass community→Reed community. The implementation site of this technical method is set in the reed -In the co-excellent community of Lilygrass. The specific steps are:

[0035] 1. Sample plot selection

[0036] The time was November 3, 2013, and the coexistence area of weed grass and reeds with a gentle uplift of the base was selected, and an area of 1m was set...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for testing the water environmental response characteristic of the allelopathic effect of reeds on phalaris arundinacea, and belongs to the field of physiological plant ecology and environmental sciences.By measuring the total content of phenolic acid allelochemicals in rhizosphere soil of the allelopathic donor reeds in a reed-phalaris arundinacea coexisting community in different moisture gradient environments, and the plant height, fresh weight, antioxidase system, photosynthetic gas exchange parameters and other growing physical indexes of the allelopathic receptor phalaris arundinacea, the correlational relationship among the moisture content of the soil, the total phenolic acid amount of the rhizosphere soil of the reeds and the growing physical indexes of the phalaris arundinacea, and the dynamic response of the total phenolic acid amount of the rhizosphere soil of the reeds and the growing physical indexes of the phalaris arundinacea along with the changes of the moisture content of the soil are analyzed, then the representative indexes are selected, and a fitted equation about increase / decrease of all the indexes along with reducing of the moisture content of the soil is constructed.By the application of the technical method, the theory of competitive coexistence among different species can be enriched, and guidance can be provided for stable maintenance of the phalaris arundinacea-reed coexisting community in constructed wetland.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to a method for testing the water environment response characteristics of reeds (Phargnites communis) to the allelopathic effect of Phalaris arundinacea, belonging to the fields of plant physiological ecology and environmental science. Background technique: [0002] Phragmites reed is also a very competitive rhizome grass clone plant, and its competitiveness is extremely strong. Both are even considered as invasive species and controlled in North America, but both are widely used to build plant communities in constructed wetlands in Europe because of their great decontamination ability. In recent years, scholars in China have used the two as the dominant populations to build plant communities in artificial wetlands or nitrogen and phosphorus ecological interception ditches, and the decontamination effect is particularly remarkable. This is mainly because reeds, cannas, cattails, water onions, and wild rice stems are still the ma...
