Problems solved by technology

[0004] Although the current grille can effectively prevent foreign matter from entering the inside of the fan and form an effective protection for personnel, this type of grille brings great resistance to the air outlet of the fan, and the airflow blown by the fan blades will collide with the ribs on the grille. Collision occurs, so its air diversion effect is poor, and the position of the fan blade will generate a lot of noise

Embodiment Construction

[0029] One of the cores of the present invention is to provide a grille, so that the resistance of the grille to airflow can be reduced during use, thereby reducing fan noise and improving fan performance.

[0030] Another core of the present invention is to provide a fan with the above-mentioned grille;

[0031] Still another core of the present invention is to provide an air conditioner using the above-mentioned fan.

[0032] In order to enable those skilled in the art to better understand the solution of the present invention, the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0033] Please refer to figure 1 , the grid disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention can actually play a role in noise reduction, and can be called a noise reduction grid. The grid includes a circumferential rib 1, and the circumferential rib 1 is centered on the center of the grid. The starting point s...

Abstract

The invention relates to a grating. The grating comprises circumferential ribs which are coiled outwards circle by circle in a spiral manner with the center of the grating as the start point to the outer edge of the grating, and the rotation direction of the circumferential ribs is the same as the rotation direction of blades of a fan. Air flow is driven by the blades of the fan to flow forwards in a spiral manner, the disclosed grating simulates the spiral state when the air flow flows and the rotation direction of the circumferential ribs is the same as the rotation direction of the blades of the fan, and therefore the air flow can flow out of spiral channels formed by the circumferential ribs, the probability that the air flow collides with the grating is effectively lowered, noise of the fan is effectively reduced, and performance of the fan is improved. The invention further discloses the fan with the grating and an air conditioner with the fan.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of home appliance manufacturing, in particular to an air conditioner, a fan and a grille. Background technique [0002] As a provider of artificial wind, fans are widely used in people's daily life. Whether it is a floor fan that directly provides artificial wind, or a cooling fan for heat exchange between refrigerant and the external environment, it can be seen everywhere in daily life. . [0003] In order to prevent foreign matters from entering the inside of the fan and to effectively protect personnel, the outside of the fan blades is covered with a grille (fan cover). The current grid usually includes radial ribs and circumferential ribs. The circumferential ribs are usually multi-circle concentric circles that spread outward from the center point of the grid. The radial ribs start from the center point of the grid. It extends radially toward the edge of the grid. [0004] Although the current grille...
