The big bin cover is either of a movable cover structure or of a turnover cover structure, and is connected with an upper port of the U-shaped filtering inner container cavity containing the filtering inner containers through the big cover fastening device in an up-and-down matched mode to form the lower filtering inner container bin. The small bin cover is either of a movable cover structure or of a turnover cover structure, and is integrally connected with the big bin cover through the small cover fastening device to form the upper control bin.
