Abstract

The invention discloses a method for engraving calligraphies and paintings on carriers by laser on the basis of three-dimensional curved surfaces. The method comprises the following steps: (1) designing a three-dimensional overall curved surface object; (2) attaching bitmap or vector diagram calligraphies and paintings on the three-dimensional curved surfaces to generate an overall three-dimensional calligraphy and painting mathematics model; (3) uniformly dividing the three-dimensional overall curved surface object into a plurality of pieces, and carrying out injection molding or pressing into transparent plastic parts; (4) uniformly spraying paint on the transparent plastic parts; (5) dividing the overall three-dimensional calligraphy and painting mathematics model into a plurality of pieces, and engraving the pieces of the three-dimensional calligraphy and painting mathematics models on the corresponding plastic curved surfaces by laser; (6) splicing the engraved transparent plastic parts together; (7) mounting an LED lamp in each transparent plastic part; and (8) forming the calligraphies and paintings which take the three-dimensional curved surfaces as the carriers.
