Abstract

The invention discloses a method for quickly analyzing the proportions of tree species of mixed pulp wood by the aid of near infrared spectrum technologies. The method is applicable to detecting mass fractions of various wood species when different types of wood are subjected to mixed pulping, and information of the wood species of the pulp wood can be subjected to online analysis and process control by the aid of combined nondestructive analysis merits of near infrared technologies. The method includes (1), smashing pure pulp wood chips of the different tree species and screening the smashed pure pulp wood chips to obtain wood powder which can flow through 20-mesh sieves; (2), uniformly mixing two types of wood powder according to certain proportions to obtain a series of standard samples and acquiring near infrared spectra of the standard samples; (3), associating tree species mass fraction information of the standard samples with data of the near infrared spectra of the standard samples by the aid of chemometrics processes to build mathematic prediction models; (4), analyzing data of near infrared spectra of samples with unknown mixed proportions by the aid of the built mathematic prediction models. The method has the advantage that information of the proportions of the various tree species in the unknown samples can be quickly and accurately determined by the aid of the method.
