Abstract

The invention discloses a narrowband organic-inorganic hybrid red light emitting material and a preparation method for the same. The light emitting material is a type of coordination polymer obtained by self-assembling copper-phosphorus halide and 4,4-azopyridine (4-Azpy), and a molecular structure of the material is [(PPh3)2Cu2(mu-X)2(mu-4-Azpy)]n (X=Cl, Br, I), where PPh3 is triphenyl phosphine, and 4-Azpy is 4,4-azopyridine. The light emitting material is obtained by assembling and reacting Cu(PPh3)2X (X=Cl, Br, I) and 4,4-azopyridine, and has the advantages of easiness for preparation and purification, simple process, readily available raw materials and the like, is higher in thermal stability, and can be used as a narrowband red light emitting material, and red fluorescence of which the half-peak width does not exceed 15nm can be emitted at about 710nm.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a narrow-band emitting organic-inorganic hybrid red light material and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a narrow-band emitting organic-inorganic hybrid red light material formed by coordinating binuclear copper and 4,4'-azopyridine ligands and its preparation method. Background technique [0002] Since Tang C W reported high-efficiency, high-brightness double-layer structure organic light-emitting diode device (Organic Light-Omitting Diode, OLED for short) in 1987 (Tang C.W., Vansiyke S.A., Appl.Phys. Lett.1987,51,913-915), since OLED It has the advantages of DC low-voltage drive, high luminous efficiency, high brightness and can be made into a large-area flat-panel display device, and has become a hot spot in the current research of color display devices. Using different organic materials to prepare electroluminescent devices to produce blue, green and red primary colors is an effective way to realize full-color...
