According to the method, through arrangement of a routing cache module, the processing efficiency of accessing the same service concurrently is improved; the exits are directly selected through routing search; the router is avoided from carrying out massive repeated operations to consume the performance; moreover, through arrangement of the ISP strategy, the defects of domain name resolution failure and long response occurring in mutual access among different domestic operator lines are effectively solved, and the data packets are really sent from the line of the operator of which service is accessed.
