A plurality of elastic sheet assemblies are arranged on the front surface of the anchoring disc (1). An installing sleeve is fixed to the rear surface of the anchoring disc (1) and provided with a steel wire clamp used for fixing a steel wire (13). A plurality of transmission teeth are arranged on the sleeve outer wall of the installing sleeve. The front end of the ejector pipe (4) and the transmission sleeve (3) are fixed. The installing sleeve is sleeved with a cavity of the transmission sleeve (3), and the transmission teeth are engaged with transmission grooves.
