Abstract

The heater comprises a metal shell, an electric heating wire and an insulator inner core. The metal shell is made from corrosion-resistant metal. The insulator inner core is made from an insulator having thermo-chemical stability of more than 500 degrees Celsius. The insulator inner core is wound with the electric heating wire, and wire bodies of the wound electric heating wire are kept insulated from the insulator inner core. The metal shell is encapsulated outside the insulator and the electric heating wire, and wiring cables connected with two ends of the electric heating wire are led out of the metal shell. The Fourier infrared spectrometer, the sample pool, the heater and the making method thereof overcome the defects of thermo-chemical stability of the heater and volatile matter possibly producing interference to measured gas in the prior art and the defect of unstable connection between the heater and the sample pool.
