Abstract

The invention provides health-protective coffee containing antrodia camphorate for protecting liver and a preparation method thereof. The coffee is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 10-20 percent of ground coffee, 5-20 percent of glucose, 3-10 percent of traditional Chinese medicine extract, 15-30 percent of creamer, and 10-15 percent of white granulated sugar or xylitol, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine extract is prepared from the following medicinal materials in parts by weight: 1-10 parts of antrodia camphorate and 1-10 parts of Chinese wolfberry fruits. The preparation method comprises the following steps: extracting the selected antrodia camphorate and Chinese wolfberry fruits at normal pressure and normal temperature to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine crude extract; then, evaporating and concentrating in a jacketed kettle, uniformly mixing with ground coffee, glucose, creamer, white granulated sugar or xylitol, and drying in a constant-temperature drying oven at 65-75 DEG C for 2-2.5 hours; and grinding in a grinder, screening with a 40-mesh screen, and packaging the mixture powder in a specification of 15-20g to obtain the health-protective coffee finished product.
