The method comprises the main steps that the weighing sensor is used for converting weight changes in the coal rock water absorption process into electric signals, and an experiment result is obtained through acquisition and processing of the high-speed acquisition instrument; during the experiment, the weighing sensor is fixed to the support, the test sample is tired below the weighing sensor, then, the system is powered on, a data acquisition system is connected, a water submerging test sample is added into the container, and the experiment can be started.
