An embodiment of the invention discloses a method for making the modules of a wisdom platform compatible in order to solve the problem that the existing wisdom platform is not consistent with the communication interface and protocol of manufacturer equipment. The method comprises the following steps: a wisdom platform issues a first instruction, and sends the first instruction to an XML protocol conversion interface machine via an XML protocol; the XML protocol conversion interface machine converts the first instruction via the XML protocol into a second instruction compatible with a private protocol of manufacturer equipment connected therewith according to the private protocol, and then, sends the second instruction to the manufacturer equipment via a physical interface; the manufacturer equipment issues a response instruction according to the second instruction, and sends the response instruction to the XML protocol conversion interface machine; and the XML protocol conversion interface machine converts the response instruction into a compatible response instruction according to the XML protocol, and sends the compatible response instruction to the wisdom platform.
