The customization system comprises a metadata establishing device, a metadata new function adding device, a metadata function deletion function, a metadata function customization device and a metadata function access device, wherein the metadata establishing device is used for a metadata driving SaaS system; the new function adding device is used for the metadata driving SaaS system; the metadata function deletion device is used for the metadata driving SaaS system; the metadata customization device is used for the metadata driving SaaS system; and the metadata function access device is used for the metadata driving SaaS system. The initialization of metadata, new function development, function customization, function deletion and function access are implemented through an implementation way based on metadata. The method mainly uses two tables. The description metadata of the system is correspondingly accurately operated, and the flexible configuration of the system functions of the description metadata by a SaaS tenant can be realized.
