Embodiment Construction

[0016] The technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0017] experimental method:

[0018] 1. Establishment of animal models

[0019] Take 60 C57BL / 6 male mice, weighing 18-20 g, aged 6 weeks. After one week of adaptation, the mice were randomly divided into: normal diet group (Normal chow diet, NCD), high fat diet group (High fat diet, HFD), lovastatin group (Lovastatin, LOV), 3,5,6,7, 8,3',4'-heptamethoxyflavone low-dose group (HMF-L) and 3,5,6,7,8,3',4'-heptamethoxyflavone high-dose group (HMF-H ), and the other groups except the normal diet group adopted a high-fat diet. HFD feed formula is: 1.25% cholesterol, 20% lard, 5% sucrose, 0.5% cholic acid, vitamins adjusted to normal levels.

[0020] 2. Dosage and administration method: In the HFD induction experiment, mice were administered by intragastric administration. Modeling began to administer drugs, and NCD and HFD w...

Abstract

The invention discloses polymethoxylated flavonoids, a composition, and application of preparations thereof to prevent or treat non-alcoholic fatty liver diseases. The medicine for preventing or treating the non-alcoholic fatty liver diseases comprises the active ingredients of polymethoxylated flavonoids and pharmaceutically acceptable carriers or excipient, wherein the polymethoxylated flavonoids is 3,5,6,7,8,3',4'-heptemthoxyflavone; the medicine is prepared into a pharmaceutically acceptable dosage form. After giving HMF (hydroxymethyl furfural), the liver structure is greatly improved; the liver fat accumulation caused by high fat diet is reduced; the HMF high-concentration liver lipid droplets approach to the normal level; the results show that the 3,5,6,7,8,3',4'-heptemthoxyflavone can effectively improve the liver lipid accumulation, achieves the effect of preventing or treating the non-alcoholic fatty liver diseases, and has the dose-effect difference.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of medicine and relates to new applications of natural products, in particular to polymethoxylated flavones, compositions and pharmaceutical preparations for preventing or treating non-alcoholic fatty liver. Background technique [0002] Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) refers to a clinicopathological syndrome characterized by excessive fat deposition in liver cells caused by alcohol and other definite liver damage factors. It is related to the global prevalence of metabolic syndrome. In recent years, the incidence of NAFLD has shown a clear upward trend. It has become the number one cause of chronic liver disease and abnormal liver function in developed countries. The prevalence of NAFLD in ordinary adults is 17%. ~33%. At present, there is no specific drug for the treatment of NAFLD in modern medicine. It mainly focuses on eliminating the etiology and incentives, and treating the primary underlying disease,...
