The motor is arranged in the bottom of the chassis, a central hole of the eccentric wheel is connected to a power output shaft of the motor in a matched manner; the hairbrush comprises a brush rod, the front end of which is connected to a brush head, wherein the back end of the brush rod is movably connected to an eccentric hole of the eccentric wheel; and the end head of the fulcrum is movably connected to the middle portion of the brush rod, and the fulcrum is arranged in the bottom of the chassis.
