The anti-static cloth is a cloth sleeve; the aluminium-plated polyester film is arranged at the outer surface of the cloth sleeve; and the elastic cords are connected with the cloth sleeve. The shading device has the following beneficial effects: (1), with the aluminium-plated polyester film, light irradiation on solar cell pieces of a solar cell array can be prevented; (2), with the anti-static cloth, performances of the satellite solar cell array and other instrument equipment are not affected; and (3), the shading device has advantages of simple structure, easy installation, and high adaptability and can be applied to various satellites of remote sensing, communication, and testing and the like.
