Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: during outbound call detection, signaling detection for a user state event and voice detection for the user state event are initiated; a signal containing a first reason code for a called terminal state is received; the first reason code is obtained from the signal, whether a user state event corresponding to the first reason code is unique is determined according to a mapping table between reason codes and user state events; if yes, the voice detection for the user state event is discontinued, resources for the voice detection for the user state event are released, and the user state event corresponding to the first reason code sent to a calling device.
