Abstract

The invention provides an application program access control method and device, and belongs to the technical field of mobile terminals. The method comprises: if detecting that a foreground running application program comprises a preset speed-limiting application program, performing speed-limiting control on network access; and if detecting that the preset speed-limiting application program finishes foreground running, recovering the network access. According to the application program access control method, when the foreground running application program is determined to comprise the preset speed-limiting application program, a data packet of the network access transmitted by a non-preset speed-limiting application program can be immediately controlled, and the use of network flow of the non-preset speed-limiting application program can be limited; therefore, the preset speed-limiting application program running in the foreground is ensured to have enough network resources, influence of running of the non-preset speed-limiting application program to the network flow of the preset speed-limiting application program running in the foreground is reduced, and network access speed of the currently running preset speed-limiting application program is increased.
