The method is executed in a server, the server is connected with a plurality of supercomputer centers and a plurality of client sides, wherein different job submission units for running different jobs are arranged on the supercomputer centers. The method includes the steps that job submission requests sent by the client sides are received, wherein the job submission requests are generated in response to parameters input by users, and the job submission requests include job submission unit parameters of jobs to be submitted, script parameters and operating environment parameters; according to the job submission unit parameters, supercomputer centers suitable for submitting the jobs are determined; the job submission requests are submitted to the supercomputer centers, so that it is convenient for the supercomputer centers to analyzing the script parameters and the operating environment parameters, and according to the analyzed script parameters and operating environment parameters, scripts and operating environments of the job submission units on the supercomputer centers are configured to run the jobs.
